  • Clients: the details needed to provide and invoice our services.
  • Technical data: basic technical information such as your IP address, which is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the website securely.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or demo: your request and the steps before a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), and your consent where you give it (Art. 6.1.a).
  • To provide our services to clients: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b).

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if no relationship follows, for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules).

5. Who we share it with

We only share data with service providers that help us run our business, under a data processing agreement and only for the purposes above:

  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) when you contact us through WhatsApp
  • Fonts: Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address to display our typeface

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. When we process data for our clients

When we run Olea, Mora or Stella for a client’s business, the data of that business’s own customers belongs to the client, who is the data controller. autonomi.digital acts as a data processor: we process that data only on the client’s instructions and under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, data portability, or object to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@autonomi.digital, indicating your request.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
